Materials
SoftTec Products are manufactured with a patented blend of materials and chemicals to produce soft decorative tile. This blend and process results in closed cell material which is waterproof, chemical resistant, UV and Ozone stable. The tiles are approximately 24” square X 3/8” thick and may be produced in various patterns and colors.

Adhesive
A single component urethane adhesive, SingleSet 177 by Henkel (data sheet upon request) should be used. Follow manufacturer's recommendations for floor preparation before applying adhesive and tiles.

Installation
Trowel on adhesive on virtually any flat subsurface. Do not use excessive amount of adhesive as the excess will tend to bleed up between the joints in the tile. Place tile on wet adhesive taking care not to leave gaps between the tiles. The tiles have square edges that are intended to abut one another. If desired, use common multifunctional caulks to seal seams.

Warranty
SoftTec Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
